The Gold Coast International Marine Expo is an annual four-day, family-friendly event that is Australia’s only “Working Boat Show” attracting exhibitors and visitors from across Australia and around the world.
From 2015, the Expo will be brought forward to align with the dates of Queensland’s other boating events – the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show and the Riviera Festival of Boating – facilitating four fantastic days on the Gold Coast from 21-24 May for boat lovers and enthusiasts.
Staged within the facilities of Australia’s largest manufacturing plants and shipyards at the Gold Coast Marine Precinct, Coomera, this ready-made venue provides the perfect location for the public to see such facilities and witness boat-building, refitting and repairing first-hand bringing enthusiasts even closer to our industry, in a highly memorable and interactive manner.
2015 will also see the visitor experience enhanced with the addition of an interactive demonstration and experience arena and some new attractions for the children.
To-date the Expo is proud to have raised a total of $68,000 for these worthwhile and volunteer based charities.
