Whitsunday Islands
The Whitsundays are famous for their 74 tropical islands, only a handful of which have resorts on them. Great Barrier Reef
The World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef is one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Home to tens of thousands of species of brilliantly coloured fish, coral and other marine life the Great Barrier Reef is a spectacular underwater playground, and the Whitsundays lies in the very heart of the reef.
Whitehaven Beach
Consistently rated amongst the top beaches in the world, Whitehaven Beach is the jewel in the crown of the Whitsundays. See Whitehaven from Airlie Beach or any of the resort islands, or stay overnight on a sailing boat and wake up to a sunrise over the magnificent white sands.
Airlie Beach
Situated on the Whitsunday Coast, Airlie Beach has long been known as the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands. There is ample accommodation to cater for all budgets and tastes, and a plethora of day and overnight trips to visit the islands, Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach.
Sailing holidays
The Whitsundays are synonymous with sailing holidays and there are many ways you can experience it. Join a crewed charter for 1, 2 or 3 nights of sailing, hire a ‘skipper yourself’ bareboat for a lazy week at leisure, or do a day trip and come back to your land-based accommodation at night.
