The commitment to delivering the best experience for their customers have seen R Marine Jones being recognised with the Riviera Service Excellence by a Dealership Award.
Randall Jones accepted the award for the team this morning at the Sydney International Boat Show.
“Ben Croft and Sharm Brown’s approach to customer service extends well beyond the task at hand with each boat and each customer” said Randall. He went on to say that “Making themselves available whether it be by phone or in person when a customer is in need of help, has reassured our customers that we are with them all the way, from the time of purchasing their boat and through the years of ownership.”
“We are very proud to receive this award because it is based on our customer feedback to the manufacturer Riviera. Our customers who have purchased new Rivieras, pre-owned Rivieras and customers that have had work performed on their boats have communicated to the factory their satisfaction with our work and support. Riviera has taken onboard the response from our customer base and recognised our effort and commitment with this award.”
